If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 48 hours of receipt to let us know if there is a problem with the item, and why you would like to return it.
We will offer a full refund on our cajons, if the cajon is returned to us in an undamaged condition within 7 days. Please ensure that the drum is properly wrapped and packaged for return, as refunds cannot be guaranteed for items returned to us that are damaged on the return journey.
When you receive the drum, you must check that it has arrived in a good condition BEFORE you sign the parcel carriers paperwork.
If you sign first, then check and find damage, you have signed to say that it as arrived in good condition and you are responsible for the return postage.
If it has been damaged, Do Not Sign the paperwork and have the carrier take it away, and return it to us.
This saves time and money on your part.
We cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs in transit.
